FAQ's

How long will it take to receive my order?

All items are dispatched within one working day (usually same day depending on the time of order) and sent with a courier. If you are a customer from the UK, Belgium, Germany or Italy you should receive your item in 3 working days of dispatch. Although we cannot guarantee the courier will meet this timescale you will be able to track your delivery every step of the way. Our UK customers also have the option of selecting Express delivery for an extra fee which will see their orders arrive in 1 working day.

Our customers n France and Portugal have the option at checkout to recieve your order in 3 working days or 5 working days for a reduced shipping fee. For orders to any other country not listed we will advise on delivery times when sending you a delivery quote. 

 

I need my order fast, do you offer next day delivery?

Not a problem! If you’re in the UK, simply select ‘Express UK Delivery’ at the checkout. There will be an additional fee of £7 but you will receive your order in 1 working day of dispatch. If you are outside the UK and need your order quickly, drop us an email at info@simplyelectric.co.uk and we will arrange an express delivery order bespoke to you. 

 

Can I have my order delivered to a different address to my billing address?

Yes. There is an opportunity to enter your delivery address at checkout. 

 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We will email you a tracking number once your item is dispatched. 

 

Do you ship to countries other than the UK?

We are happy to ship any of our products worldwide. We currently have our checkout configured for delivery to UK, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium and Portugal. If you require shipping to any other country then please contact us at info@simplyelectric.co.uk with details of the items you would like to purchase and the delivery address. We will calculate the best shipping cost and get back to you. If you’re happy to go ahead, we will then invoice you for the total cost and you can pay through our secure checkout as normal. If you’re making a large purchase we may be able to offer a discount.
